Tony on why he started The CCI Company alongside his main business, CCR.
Meet Tony
The CCI Company is Tony Hilton’s passion project: a Sydney-based business built around the cars he has loved for as long as he can remember. It runs completely separately from his day job.
By day, Tony is Chief Operating Officer and a Director of CCR (Contract and Commercial Resources), a commercial consultancy for the construction and engineering industry. CCR is headquartered in North Sydney and works on projects across Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia and Hong Kong.
Tony has more than 28 years in construction. He started out in quantity surveying and moved into commercial management and contract disputes, from claims management to adjudication and arbitration, working with government bodies, consultants and main contractors in Australia, the UK and Hong Kong. He also speaks on where the industry is heading, including a Sydney Build panel on AI and innovation in construction.
Away from work, it has always been about the cars. The CCI Company is where Tony finds, drives and shares remarkable classics, and he brings the same habits from his day job: a close eye on the paperwork, an honest account of each car’s history and straightforward dealing.
He also hosts Billable Miles, honest conversations with people from the construction and legal world, filmed on the road in cars from the collection.

A collection, not a car yard
Tony doesn’t buy cars to fill a showroom. Each one is hand-picked for its design, heritage, provenance and the story it carries, from timeless British classics to legendary European sports cars and performance icons.
Some of those cars Tony keeps and drives. Others are offered for sale. Because it’s a collection rather than stock, even the cars he drives can find a new home when the right person comes along.

Whether you’re a seasoned collector or buying your first icon, you deal with Tony directly. You get an honest history of every car, private inspections by appointment, and support through purchase, handover and ownership.
