Classic Car Sourcing

Looking for a particular model, colour or spec? Tell Tony and he’ll go hunting. Many of the best cars never make it to a dealer’s forecourt or a broker’s website. They change hands quietly, between people who know each other.

How it works

  1. The briefModel, year range, spec, condition, budget and timeline. The clearer the brief, the faster the hunt.
  2. The huntTony works the auctions in Australia, the UK, Europe and the US, and hears about private cars from friends and collectors overseas.
  3. ShortlistYou get photos, video, history and Tony’s honest opinion on each car worth considering.
  4. InspectionThe chosen car is checked in person by Tony, a trusted contact or an independent inspector.
  5. Negotiate and buyTony negotiates the price and secures the car for you.
  6. DeliveryCars in Australia are transported to you. Cars overseas go through Tony’s import process.

Why search with Tony

Tony is a bit of a wheeler and dealer. He scours auctions in Australia, the UK, Europe and the US, and his network of friends and collectors overseas tips him off about cars coming up for sale privately, before they go anywhere near a broker. That’s how he finds the cars other buyers don’t even know exist.

Good to know

  • Be clear on your must-haves and your nice-to-haves. It makes the search faster.
  • Have a realistic budget that includes transport, and import costs if the car is overseas.
  • Good cars move quickly, so be ready to decide once Tony finds the right one.
